As a business and life coach, trainer, speaker and published author - I LOVE working with people and watching them grow and develop. I came into coaching 12 years ago through the path of self development.

I've spent much of my life being curious about how the human brain works and as a small child I used to imagine that I could simply float above a human being, lift up their skull, look into their brain and instantly understand what was going on in there!

That imagination and curiosity eventually led me on an unforgettable journey of personal development - studying; learning; growing and changing as I went to wonderful places including Hawaii, California and Greece. It was through my NLP and other training that I realised I have all the attributes of a great coach (some say) a 'powerful' coach.

Studying the power of helping others; developing the skills to unblock and unlock  individuals and nurturing the ability to ask searching, deep, challenging and sometimes 'crazy' questions have become second nature to me.

It gives me a buzz and excitement in life and leads me to understand how you get your brain working and programming you! No two human beings are the same - not even identical twins - now that's something to think about!
